Research and Operations Assistant 

Job Description:

As a Research and Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various functions within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough research across a wide range of topics, from AI-based tools to industry trends. You'll also help us source potential prospects, qualify leads, and assist in business development efforts, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on diverse topics, such as market trends, tools, competitor analysis, and more. For example, one task might be researching AI-based event calendars, but there will be many other areas to explore.

  • Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential prospects and gather necessary information to help qualify leads.

  • Support Business Development: Assist in other tasks related to the business development process, from data gathering to assisting in client outreach.

  • Task Management: Provide regular updates, track tasks, and ensure clear communication on progress.

  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to discuss findings, gather feedback, and ensure all tasks align with team goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Research Skills: Ability to quickly understand complex topics and conduct comprehensive research across a variety of subjects.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, synthesize it into meaningful insights, and present findings clearly.

  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Working Hours:

  • Fixed Schedule: The role requires you to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (with a 1-hour break). 

Compensation:

  • Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

  • Commission: Additional commission based on the number of qualified leads you help land.

Business Development Manager

At RefineFlow, we’re redefining business development and marketing for startups and SaaS firms. Our mission is to provide end-to-end solutions for growth, from building go-to-market strategies to executing high-impact campaigns. As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand into both domestic and international markets.

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to grow with us, with a clear career path leading to a Fractional CMO role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in domestic and international markets.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design outreach campaigns.

  • Present RefineFlow’s services effectively to prospects and close deals.

  • Provide feedback to refine our service offerings and positioning.

What We Offer:

  • Base plus commission-Based Start: For the first 3-month probationary period, you will have a base salary along with a 10% commission on all closed deals.

  • Career Growth: Post-probation, you’ll receive a salary hike based on your average earnings during the probation period, along with continued commissions. 

  • Clear progression to a Fractional CMO role, where you’ll lead growth strategies for both RefineFlow and our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in the SaaS or startup ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.

  • Familiarity with international markets and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
